Can we try Testnik before committing?
Yes. Write to us and we will arrange demo access to the dashboard and to one of our Testnik Probe devices.
Do we buy the probe or rent it?
Both are possible. Purchase suits permanent installations; rental suits temporary measurement campaigns and acceptance testing.
Where is our data stored?
On infrastructure located in the European Union, processed in accordance with the GDPR and ZVOP-2.
Can Testnik test our own internal services?
Yes. Alongside the standard suite you can publish your own sandboxed Python tests to measure exactly the internal or external service you care about.
How does a deployment start, and how long does it take?
We begin with an introductory conversation to agree the locations, services and metrics. Then the pilot: probes arrive ready to use. Connect power and network, and the measurements appear in the dashboard. After a joint review of the results we extend to the remaining locations.
Does Testnik integrate with the systems we already run?
Yes. Testnik connects to existing monitoring, IoT and OSS/BSS platforms through its API and exports measurements, alarms and events, so results flow into the tools your teams already watch.
Can the reports be used as formal evidence?
That is what they are for. Scheduled reports and the measurement history document service quality over time: for SLA supervision, for acceptance testing, and as the evidence a supervisory authority expects.
Can we get the measurements without installing any hardware?
Yes. That is Testnik Atlas. We run the probes ourselves, watch your services from independent vantage points and report as an outside monitoring company. Nothing for you to own or maintain.
